Lasts for two years
The initial visa lasts for two years, if we make the application for you within Spain (recommended – if you are not able to travel to Spain to make the application, please consult us about the requirements). You can renew for two more periods of two years, and then apply for permanent residency.
Bring your family

What are the requirements
The criteria for the European Golden Visa for Spain are very straightforward:
Minimum investment of 500,000€ in Spanish real estate. The investment can be in one property or the total of various properties. You can make other types of economic investment, such as shares in a Spanish company, but the amount required is higher. If you’d like more information on other options please contact us.
Proof of sufficient income to support yourself and any accompanying family members. We will guide you on the documentation for this.
