What are the requirements
The process of inheritance in Spain can be complex, which is why we fully manage all of the administrative process and legal documentation:
Power of Attorney authorization if parties are not able to attend meetings in person
Hague Apostille translations of all identification documents, marriage and birth certificates
The heir(s) will need a Spanish NIE (foreign resident identification number) – we can arrange this on your behalf if you don’t already have one
